"Comfort Guarantee"

Sleep studies have shown that it normally takes 14 to 21 days for your body to adjust to the feel of a new sleep system. If you are not sleeping comfortably on your new sleep system after a recommended 45 nights (and up to ONE YEAR) The Mattress Hub will offer you a one time “Comfort Guarantee” exchange.  If you elect to take advantage of the “Comfort Guarantee” the following guidelines must be met accordingly:

1. Sleep System must be in “Like New Condition”.
2. Sleep System must be protected with approved Mattress Hub Protection (Proof of Purchase from original invoice required).
3. Sleep System must be placed on approved Mattress Hub bed rails (Proof of Purchase from original invoice required).

The Mattress Hub “Comfort Guarantee” is a one time option of exchanging your original Sleep System purchase for any other Sleep System we offer. If you select a Sleep System of greater retail value, you will be required to pay the difference.  If you select a Sleep System of lesser value a refund of the difference is not available. A local or out of area delivery fee will be assessed accordingly. If you choose a Sleep System from a different manufacturer the entire sleep system will need to be replaced to ensure compliance with flammability regulations. Comfort Guarantee is limited to one exchange per customer. Original invoice must be presented at time of comfort exchange. Clearance Sleep Systems, Adjustable Bases, Special Orders, Floor Models, Mattress Protection, Bed Rails, Promotional Items, Accessories, Warranty Issues/exchanges, Soiled, and or Unsanitary beds are exempt from this offer.
